Bowling, miniature golf ( they have indoor greens too), arcade, ice cream, mall, etc... there are lots of places to go.
Go to school!!!
Play a board game.
Go to someones place and enjoy...
Go To SCHOOL!!!!

I guess see if you want to go bowling with a bunch of friends. Movies are good, but your parents may not like that. Do you have any little lunch shops, or deli's that you can get a sandwich or a wrap or something. I mean you're 12 so there's not a lot you can do alone but those are some ideas.
(You could always go puddle jumping, or mud sledding)
go tot the Buehler Planetarium and Observatory and learn something!
go downtown and ride a trolly (bring an umbrella)
how about a movie?
Movies, at home or go see one.
Thing about going to see a movie when it's raining though is when you get out of the movie, it's usually all clear sky and boring and crap.
Or you could all just go on a walk. My friends and I call it an 'adventure' around the neighborhoods we live in. Try not to get in trouble though.
