It was a pretaped performance, she had a death in the family. However concerning her pregnancy, this is from OMG! yahoo section:

I watched for the first time all season and Jenifer Lopez did perform two songs but I didn't hear any baby announcement in what I saw. I think the first one was new (upbeat song about her man) and the second was "Let's Get Loud".
I didn't know either song, but she had good performances. She looked beautiful and doesn't seem to be showing much yet, but the outfits draped the whole midsection. So who knows?
