I absolutely love bread! Although I don't count my portions, I am positive it is more than the recommended daily amount.
My favorite is rye bread with caraway seeds. It is wonderful slightly toasted Wit butter or as a patty melt or grilled cheese. Yum!
Whole grains are fabulous! So is brown bread, wheat, oat, and fluffy white. Sesame seeds are great.
I remember going to Italy and looking forward to trying the bread. Boy, was I disappointed! It was like a rock, although the meals made up for the hard bread.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy substantial crusts. I just don't appreciate eating rocks.
