I don't wear a watch because they bother me. I am always washing my hands so it would be kind of annoying to be taking them off all the time. I wouldn't mind a Rolex.

I only wear a watch if I know I am going to be somewhere will it will be obvious that I am checking the time or if I have to leave one place to be at another at a certain time. I usually use my phone but that is usually in a purse and it is easier to just look at my wrist. I do not collect watches however my favorite types are the swatches that use to have all the colors and straps and such that you could add to it.
I work in a hospital and not allowed to wear a watch for hygene reasons. I have loads of watches and never wear any of them. I supose I'm hard to buy a present for.
I only wear a watch if I really have to, catching train, appointment etc. Otherwise, I hate them.
The ones I dislike the most are the ones with bracelet straps.
I do own some brand new novelty watches which I used to collect at one time, Felix, Ice-Age, World Cup etc.

Yes, I wear a watch, the "King Kong watch from nutrigrain " Its just fun to wear. My DD couldn't tell the time on it, so Dad decided to claim it for himself.

no i don`t. it would get too banged up at work. if i need a watch i carry one with no band in my pocket.
HATE THEM....I do have a lil collection of pocket watches...My father gave me his ..(used to belong to his father & so on)..that still works BTW . and it's from the 1800's. I also like the ring watches..haven't seen them in a lil while though. But another favorite of mine used to belong to my great grandmother 2x.. her pendent/necklace watch. .

Yes, in fact I have 5 of them one is a pocket watch, one is my retirement watch, and the other 3 are Armitron watches. Just recently got rid of an old 14ct. gold rectangular Lord Elgin. I love watches.

yeah its through habit I think.I wear one to work and I have some good ones i wear every were else. I don`t collecft them or anything. If some one asks the time funny enough I look at my phone! I prefer the old fashioned face with numbers or at a push roman numbers. My friends watch only has the number twelve on it !!!!!I ask you ?
