yea they are, I was annoyin my sister, but she could't tell my mum because she can't hear it . Its amazin, kids in my class just do it to annoy teachers because evry1 starts lafin. also, the british police department have made these things in certain streets where teen crime is high (supposedly it causes teens to go away) so that only teens can hear it while the innocent pensioners cant.

WOW! really? i don't think cause my mom and dad are 35 and hear everything and i mean everything cause i had this little device that buzzer when its dark and they could hear it and i couldn't and im 14
that's a really interesting fact i gotta ask ppl about that lol =)
