Does chewing "Tin foil" ease toothache?!

Question: i might try it.does it help?

Answers: i might try it.does it help?
im gettin shivers just thinkin bout it.....as everyone else has said, if you've any fillings......dont do it!!
no it hurts i think, try clove oil soaked on cotton wool. its cheap from the chemist. tin foil hurts if yo have any fillings near,it causes a weird sensation.
try it .but think not.
If you have no fillings then it might work, but I doubt it. If you have fillings, the tin foil will react with the filling and will feel horrible. I think I would call your dentist.
omg you have sent a shiver down my spine.DON'T do it.if you have fillings you will hit the roof.paracetamol every 4 hours and a visit to the dentist should sort it.
NO!!!!
Try chewing on a clove, but not in foil!
Ouch!
Only if you have the old silver fillings..then the pain only really stops when you stop chewing on the tin foil..Yikes.. try flossing..lots of times tooth aches are caused by things stuck under the gum line. A little floss goes a long way.
Like Clair, we have always used oil of cloves until we can get to a dentist - old-fashioned, but it works.
Blimey never heard that one before!
Go ahead and try it (hope you haven't got any fillings though)
Let us know if it works(!!!!)
If not try clove oil
Yes it does. Great one mate!
it will only worsen the pain
