Easy. The marker or whatever is hanging from the hand.
The video is being shown upside down.

Be more careful with the lighting. Normal light comes from above. The video should have been lit much more strongly from the bottom when it was shot.

possibly had fishing line tied to it from his left hand to his right hand. which is why he doesn't reveal his left hand. but if you pay close attention to his index finger you can kind of make it out at around 17 seconds.

he had a kind of thin string passing thru the tube if you pay attention to the last movements you can see it
