Help On Getting To Go To A Concert?!
Question: OK, I'm a HUGE fan of the band Evanescence, and they were supposed to come to Youngstown, OH December 1st, but they cancelled and switched for 2 Pennsylvania dates...the nearest concert to me is approx. 6.21 hrs away, and this will be my absolute last chance to see them for about 4-5 yrs. and I have NEVER seen them...so somebody PLEASE help on how I can convince my parents to let me go [they could take me, its just on getting them to take me, since its another state].
So heres some things that arent problems-
My mom likes Evanescence, so thats not a problem.
The concert is on a Saturday, so that works, too.
So, could someone help, PLEASE!!!

Good thing it's on a Saturday, but it depends on how tired your mom is from working if she does. You should ask nicely and if you have a job tell her that you will help pay for gas. You could also say that you want to have a mother and child moment. You could make it a road trip. You can count it as educational if you stop at a historical place. (there are plenty in Pennsylvania) It might help to add that you've never seen them before. Explain that it is a great opportunity for both you and your mom. I hope you can go! Sounds like fun!
Promise to raise the gas and hotel money by then.
