Question:
Any good sites for events, or for tickets for events?
For events, something like Eventful (www.eventful.com). Revolving ONLY around music would be a plus, but it's fine if it includes other things too.
For tickets, sites like Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.com). Once again, I'd prefer something that has to do with tickets to concerts.
Also, I live near San Fransisco (or Paris, at times). If you know any sites for local bands in either of those places, then you can include those too.
Please please please DON'T include sites for events or tickets in which you can not find (tickets to) concerts/shows.

Answers: There are three sites I always use for tickets... I always check Ticket Master first, but they tend to charge crazy "handling" fees so I almost always move on if they aren't running a special of some kind. Then I check out SeatBOT.com which is my personal favorite, they ship fast and have great customer service. As a last resort I check craigslist for unscrupulous scalpers that may have what I'm looking for... Source(s):
