If you are right handed sit on a chair and raise your right foot 2-3 inches off the floor and circle your foot in a clock wise motion,now get a pen and a bit of paper and while your foot is still going clock wise with your right hand write 6 and watch your foot change diection.if left handed obviously use your left hand and foot
