Is Guns N Roses new album ever going to be released?!

I saw them in concert on halloween and have been waiting for the new cd for about 10 years now. I can't seem to find any updates on it.

it was supposed to come out a couple months ago...now its should be out in september... the band, music stores, and many other ppl say that...
