How do I become a background dancer in concert and music videos?!

Question:

How do I become a background dancer in concert and music videos?

I have been training with Glenn Packard and other respectable choreographers on and off. Many people tell me it takes years of training. But I'm what you would call fluent in hip-hop and can execute choreography without any problems. I really want to continue my training, however, and continue to maximize my dance ability until its time for me to sit down. I just wanted to know if anyone knew how I can become a dancer [besides those botty shaking dancers], but a legit dancer, dancing with people of the likes, Ciara, Missy Elliot, Justin Timberlake etc. Dancing is my dream and choreographing dance is a mastering art of minds. IF anyone can help, it would be a great honor.

Answers:

... Pratice, pratice, pratice.... You need to ship yourself off to either Hollywood or New York and get into as many try outs as possiable... Try to go for the TV show thingies... or Music video's as they would lead to knoe the coregrapher for the tours... I'd also look into who's coregraphing the peices for these artists and look in ahead of things that these people are working for...

main thing is to get your name out there as a good tallent... I'm not sure, but (and this is sad) if you are flat you may want to look to getting an helathy C installed... yes... Sad fact... But even these pro dancers are wanting some hot girls to be dancing, but nothing over the top...

Other than that just break a leg and good luck...
