Help!!!!! Uploading???

I've been trying to upload a video to Youtube and when i do it says that it was suscesful but then when i go and try to play it, it it says in the vid's information that-Broadcast:public view/failed (invalid file format)- i made the video on windows movie maker and i think that the problem is probably that the vid is in the wrong format and i dont know how to change that..If anyone knows what to do please tell me!! THX! (this is my first time uploading to youtube..)

First check how you saved the movie.

If you have saved by this option File > Save Project option and tried to upload the project file with extension (.MSWMM) then probably you will get the same error you are facing.

If you have done as said above you will face the problem as you uploaded the project file not the video file.

so try this option

after compiling and editing entire video
1. save the project File > Save Project
2. now do this select File > Save Movie File option
3. Save Movie wizard will appear
5. Select My Computer and click next
6. Select the path where you want to save the video (usually mydocuments > my videos, its ur choice)
7. click next two times
8. wait for a while movie is saved
9. the movie is now saved in .WMV (Windows media wave) format.
10. Now try uploading this movie with .wmv format
