There's a website out there for people to get sold out gig and festival tickets at face value. What is it?

I've tried numerous searches and can't find it, only resellers making money.

Maybe this site doesn't operate anymore but I remember hearing about it last summer.

PS. this is for the UK.

Its scarletmist.com and was recently reviewed in a magazine. Seems good when I looked at it .....but still didnt find any good tickets for Rod at Twickers!
