Joining a band and I have a question...?
I was asked to join a band as a drummer. They request that I have decent mikes and cables for my kit, and a small mixing board. I've never played out and wonder what kind of expenses are we dealing with? Please help.

if i where u i would ask more info or just ask them since their your friends....do this before entering....if you never played a drum before, try playing the game Flying finger in the cellphone or going to the arcade... You can also try getting some items with different sounds and listen to music then imitate the sound...practice makes perfect.....
