It depends on the guitar. Most guitars are now made by machine with very little handwork. Since the machines really don't care where they are located, the difference will be the quality of the materials.
As a general rule, US built guitars have much better quality materials, but China and Korea are putting the pressure on and are approaching the level of US stuff.
Guitars made in India have got to be the worst stuff I have ever seen.
