What are some good online sites that help you learn guitar?

I've been playing guitar for 2 years now, but I still need practice. I can play many songs OK, but I'd like to learn tips and such. Thanks.

Get on you tube and search for guitar lessons, there are thousands of listings. One that I particularly liked (I'm a beginner) was www.justinguitar.com his stuff is also on you tube
