It depends on what your sister is interested in...
~If she likes girly stuff, then maybe going to get manicures with friends or going shopping.
~If she likes sports, then maybe stuff like ice skating, bowling, anything that you move around in with a group of friends.
~If she's into music, then maybe you could take her to her to a concert.
~If she just wants to have a party at home, she could have a sleepover with her friends. Also, she could have a movie night. Rent some scary and funny movies cause that's all 13 year olds like I think!!!
