does anyone know what it is all about when it comes to hiring? Is it a combination of looks and talent? Or is one more important then the other? Thanks.

It's waaayy more than looks--it's sexiness...the girl's don't have to be stunners to be sexy...they typically have to have at least a decent figure, and these elements are KEY to being a coyote girl:
1.) HAS to be able to bartend
2.) Has to be able to dance on a bar, or sing...TALENT is required in some way that is useful to working at a Coyote Ugly bar.
3.) Aggressive...you cannot be shy!!
4.) SEX appeal--very important
5.) Must be able to be comfortable around people...b/c you're working for and with people.
6.) Must be able to incorporate a "working flair"--meaning flippin' bottles of booze in the air, catching it behind your back...sort of like on the movie "Cocktail"
