Has anybody ever purchased tickets from no1soldoutevents.com?

it is only 4 days before an event and i haven't yet received my tickets. when I've called them today, they told me that the tickets had not yet arrived. i'm in panic because it's the first time that i bought tickets from independent brokers. can you trust them at all? and what do i do if they don't send me my tickets?

I had problems with a company like this and some have been on watchdog. find out where there office is and tell them that you want to know as soon as they come in you will go and collect, that's if it is possible for you. this is what I had to do. I learnt a lesson from that. They will also tell you that you will have to meet with 'someone' at the venue to pick up your tickets, this is not good enough, they must be delivered to your home either overnight or same day courier.

I hope you paid with a credit card, they will be very helpfull if they did not turn up with your goods. make sure you have all the correspondence as the credit card company will need it.
