okay, the gimmick used for this is the thumb tip. its a piece of rubber which looks just like a thumb.
you pull it onto your thumb, and you can load anything into it from salt to handkerchiefs. then by making a fist and turning your hand, you can empty the contents of it.
the trick itself is grabbing a flower, pressing it, turning your hand so that the milk flows out, turning it back releasing the flower and showing your empty hands at the end.
