Can anyone tell me how to do the splits?!

Can anyone tell me how to do the splits?

i have tried to do them but i can only go half way down


Answers:

start with stretches, and stretch more and more down as the days past.

soon, after a few weeks of streches (maybe days..depends how flexible you are currently) try doing a full split.


just stretch alot, basically. do leg stretches, (like the typical touch your head on your knee, hold your toe stretch, etc)
