What is the best thing to use to clean my drum set?
Answers:
If your drumset is wrapped (i.e. glossy, non wood grain finish) then you can't do better than car wax. I use Turtle Wax for mine.
As for cymbals, fight the urge to use abrasive cleaners such as Comet and ESP. Brasso. Brasso will strip the laquer from cymbals. Laquer on a brass vase is bad, laquer on a cymbals is good. Sabian makes an excellent liquid "spray on, wipe off" cleaner that should be available at your local music store.
