Can going to a concert make you deaf?

i no its sonuds really stupid but i came home last nite and i couldnt hear and i thought wen i woke up they would be better but one of my ears is still totally blocked like i cant hear anythin and when its really quiet all i can hear is like ringing ... eeek.

That ringing in your ears is called tinnitus, it commonly occurs after noise exposure, and it often becomes permanent.
