Tipping a private stripper?

I'm co-hosting a bachelorette party tomorrow night, we hired a private stripper to come in for half an hour. It will be just the bridal party (5 girls and the bride) and we are paying $175 for him to come in for 30 minutes. Approximately how much should we expect to tip? The maid of honor mentioned going to the bank to get $20 in singles for us, is that enough? Or way too little? I've never had a private stripper come in so I have no idea if there is "tipping etiquette" involved, I don't want to end up ripping him off unintentionally but I also don't want to overpay ridiculously either. $175 for half an hour sounds like a lot to me, but I don't know how much of that actually goes to him. Usually, the entertainer who comes out, if you went through an agency only gets 1/3 of the fee may 1/2 at most, I've always been to parties like this were it was pretty much standard that each person tip $20.00 on top of the amount that was hired and paid for. This money goes in his pocket ( g-string) or where ever you can stick it. But that is usually the norm. Also, if the entertainer See's that you are tipping, they usually will stay a little longer at no extra charge because he's making money and you all are having fun.
