My little sister is turning 13 and we really want to do something special for her. We have the theme famous and we are having at the hard rock and a limo is picking up her and her freinds there and back. But we want to make this really really special, any suggestions?

How about having a bunch of photographers (could be you or some other relatives with cameras) snapping pics of her and her friends as they enter hard rock? Buy her a tiara, have her photographed by a professional photographer, kind of like a photoshoot.. for her and her friends...
