the thing is this cd was reseased when shakirs was 13yrs old in 1992, and i've looked for it everywhere!

Her Magia and Peligro albums were only sold in Colombia and are no longer being distributed. So you can't find it new; your best bet is to find it used. Also, I may be wrong but I think it was never released on CD; just vinyl and cassette. It was the early 90's.
You might want to try an mp3 downloader like Limewire. I never condone illegal downloads, but I think you can be forgiven in this case because the album is no longer available for purchase. But first go to shakiramedia.com, look at the discography to get a list of songs. Anything that's not on that list, is NOT Shakira. The only exception is her cover versions of "Dude Looks like a Lady," "Always on my Mind," and "Love is a Battlefield" for various television performances. Everything else is listed there on the website.
