make those commericals with older tv shows and movies, where it appears the cast is in the show or movie but then talks to the camera? It is for cable or a satalite I think...Ive seen one with Charlie Sheen from Major League and Pam Anderson from baywatch...

I think they use a green screen. They have a green screen up in the background and play that particular part of the movie, then the actor takes his place and takes over for the movie. Or they just reinact the whole scene, like for the one for cable or satellite with the scene from Back to the Future - if you ever watch the movie you'll notice the scene from the commercial isn't actually in the movie.
