Whats wrong with my ipod shuffle?
i've had my ipod for a year and a half. its one of the long white ones. it plays music fine, but when i plug it into my computer itunes doesn't pop up, so i cant change the songs on it, AND I REALLY HATE THE SONGS THAT ARE ON IT!!! i can make itunes pop up BUT it doesn't show that my ipod is plugged in. what do i do to fix this? please help quick, i need some new music!

Double check to make sure your plug is in your computer all the way. I had the same problem and I stupidly didn't have the cord plugged in all the way connecting the ipod to the comp. I also recommend spraying that electronic air spray into the usb ports, whenever mine get too much dust in them they don't always recognize things.
