How do I increase the speed of my fretting hand on guitar?
I've been playing my guitar for quite some time now, but cant play solos because f the fact that I can't fret in the notes too fast! How do I increase the speed of my (left) fretting hand?

Don't worry- it takes awhile to build up speed!
I've been playing for awhile, and only just recently have I been getting a little faster. It feels awesome when you do!
Practice everyday. Start slow, and gradually increase speed. An exercise I did was see how fast I could fret all the notes without sliding down the string, and actually picking the notes.
Practice makes perfect. You'll see- eventually you'll be playing those solos!
