How do I put a guitar strap on my guitar?!
Question:
How do I put a guitar strap on my guitar?
I just got a guitar just a few days ago, and I've already learned quite a lot. It's really fun, and I practice for hours a day. It's a classical guitar that is a Greg Bennett. I got a strap for it today. It is a Planet Waves strap, and it says it's for acoustics. I've been looking all over my guitar for a knob to hook the last part of the strap onto, but I can't seem to find one! Am I not looking hard enough, or is my guitar not compatible with guitar straps? I'm not even sure if a guitar strap is a compete necessity, but I feel it would be useful to me. Thank you for helping!

Listen. All of you obviously didnt read it right. The asker said "classical guitar". Thats a spanish one that doesnt have the strap buttons. Best bet is to sit down and play it or you can get a drill and drill holes and put some dunlop straplocks on it. It'll be the best thing you've ever done. Maybe even a dimarzio cliplock. you could just drill the screws in and you wouldnt ever drop it and be able to take the strap off super easy
