Well if you have a lot of friends then party! If you have a car or one of your friends does then just drive around and go around the city or go to tourist places that aren't popular for the people that live there. Go to the park or get into painting or some kind of craft. Go to the pool!!! Go to the mall!!! Do something to get out of the house unless your having a movie night or something!
