Baystock Festival?!
Question:
Baystock Festival?
Can I still enjoy a show at the Baystock Festival in Portland, ME if I am in the surrounding area. It looks like I cannot get a ticket but it is on the pier and I wanted to go see the show anyway. Maybe if I am on another pier near it. I guess really the question I am asking is, "Is it loud enough to not buy a ticket?"
