Whats does the music video for the kill mean?

There are a couple answers to this question. First off, the video is based off the movie "The Shining" (if you don't know, it's an American film about a family who takes care of a hotel one winter, and the husband goes insane...) but anyway. The story of the video is that the band has to watch over the hotel, but are warned to stay out of room 6277 (MARS on a phone telepad). But, as each of them enter, they are introduced with a doppelgänger (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/doppelgange... and the video continues by making many allusions to "The Shining". (I.E. the bearsuit *******, the bar scene, the ballroom scene.)
