You're sitting in the drive-thru line at Taco Bell at midnight with 8 cars in front of you and it takes almost 30 minutes to get up to the window for your food. Is the TB by my house just asking for a flaming bag of poo or is this how other TBs operate? Yes, I know it's late at night and they probably have a skeleton crew of a manager (who does nothing) an assembler and the guy who mops when someone drops something and picks it up. What can I do besides writing TB a letter or calling their complaint hotline (1-800-2-TELL-US), silently protesting and boycotting TB by not eating there, and crying about it on Yahoo! Answers?

keep in mind those guys make minimum wage- not too much incentive to move fast.... But i go to taco bell all the time, and have NEVER waited that long in line.. not even when im grabbing lunch for everyone in the office! you need to complain. letter or email, and a phone call to follow up. i suggest you go straight to corporate. good luck!
