the cops let him out as he agreed to have treatment for his cat problem & accept that he had fried his cat albeit accidentally when working in a chippy & stop searching for it. I.think this was wrong decision as it is strond possibility he had wheelbarrow to carry other peoples pets, keep vigilante we.ll see how this develops.
