Why do Strip club DJ's seem to come from the same mold?!

Why do Strip club DJ's seem to come from the same mold?
Every one seems to have the same lame voice And calls like, "Diamond, to the stage." or has the same play list???
Answers:
When my brother did it I remember him saying that mostly it's about the girls.. he would talk to them about what they wanted.. and then try to find appropriate music.. often times finding things the dancers had never heard of.. if the dancers ticked him off somehow he'd pick something they hated.. as for the voice thing... probably just to make them sound more menacing..
