The party is in two year but my mom wants me to start thinking of a theme, my birthday is in April!

I would say build on one of your interests....for example...
Horses- Have maybe a horse riding themed party, find a park that offers stable rides and rent it and a section for an outdoor picnic, decorate with outdoor safe items, Bratz and Barbie have excellent horse themed lines where maybe you could buy a couple horses for table centerpieces and such.
Ocean Wonders - for the girl who likes the underwater world create an underwater fairytale in your living room or dining room by looking for "fishy" party scenes that can be taped up. Blow up various sized 'pearl' white balloons that can be hung at intervals to add 'bubbles' or find a place that does filled ballooons and request fish themed items be placed inside like mini fake aquariums.
Just go with your heart, that day is your day and no amount of stranger suggestions will make it any sweeter.
