A real soul melter in my life is Gilbert O'Sullivans 'Alone again, naturally' .On stage he dresses like an idiot, but that song will rip the heart out of any statue of a music lover, when he gets to the line " I remember I cried when my Father Died" wets my face every time, and let's be honest here, all human life love and their own history is right there bursting through your speakers, get tissues before you listen to it for the first time, and secondly its has to be Simply Reds "Holding back the years", again you can instantly recognise with the words , and the haunting melody, simply magnificent, but Gilberts song is my main vote..enjoy..Tony M
