Where do they get the people who are in commercials?
Are they all aspiring actors/actresses?
Are they random people that signed up or were picked up off the street?
What would you have to do to be in a commerical? Do you get payed?

They get them from Mommy's and Daddy's like the rest of the people on the planet. :)
Seriously, most advertisers look to talent agencies to send candidates over. They read lines. They select the one that best fits the image the company wants to portray and sign them up.
Sometimes, the advertisers have a chance meeting with a stranger and asks them if they'd be interested. But, this is more rare than going through a talent agency.
