Oh, don't mind him. If you're doing it because it helps you express yourself and grow as a person then what does it matter if it's good? If you intend to share if with the rest of the world on the other hand, line one of verse two might be a tad too personal. You would do well to study the basics of writing prose, poetry and lyrics since the meter of your verses is different. Just keep at it and do it for you because that's where it counts.
