I really REALLY need some answers about Projekt Reolution...?!

I really REALLY need some answers about Projekt Reolution...?

Okay, I really want to go to PR tour, but I need some answers.

1. What time does it start? I don't care when it ends, but I need to know when to be there.

2. Is it general admission? Like, if it says row VV on my ticket, does that mean I need to stay in that row?

I imagine if it says you are in row W then you will probably be either seated or have to stay in that section otherwise you wouldn't of had that on your ticket. Hope you have a great time at your concert.
