Considering you purchased it very soon, take the receipt back with the whole phone to where you purchased it from. There is a demand for the phone so I'm sure they could give it to someone else. That's only if you haven't purchased the 2-year contract with AT&T already. If you have, that its just like any other phone provider's phone. You cannot cancel your contract with AT&T, however, you maybe able to exchange your phone and possibly get money back. I'm not too sure how AT&T works, best to go to their shops or call their customer care. Worst case scenario, sell it on EBAY, Amazon, etc.
