backstage passes are not like concert tickets...the general public cannot buy them...the are usually given to industry people are are ghanded out prior to shows to ensure the right people get 'em...
sometimes...local radio stations and/or band websites do have contests featurin' backstage passes...so that is probably yer best bet...although it is a slim one...
