Itunes support?!

Itunes support?

I bought a movie and a song from Itunes on my credit card, it charged me 1.99 for the movie,and .99 for the song. It already was charged to my credit card. Since then I've lost credit card- And on the account info it says I have an outstanding balance of 3.15, then I tried changing my info and it changed it to 3.20. I looked for online support by email so I could email and I can't find anything. Can someone help me, or tell me whats going on? Why am I being charged again for both of these. It's already been taken out!
