Charlotte-date ideas?!

Charlotte-date ideas?

My husband and I are going out for the night (sunday) and need something to do. We arent too familiar with what there is to do for just the 2 of us in charlotte. (were used to doing family stuff) Anyone have ideas???

If you're talking about Charlotte NC, I would say the downtown (uptown, whichever you prefer) area is pretty dead on a Sunday, lots of gangs and just not safe there. But if you simply go to a nice restaurant, it is very classy and romantic. Lots of restaurants on N./S. Tryon street are upscale but not too $$$. Zink is a good one, very modern. But really any are good uptown. And I'm not sure, but some of the art galleries might be opened too, if you like art. Also there is one contemporary/non denom. church in Charlotte on Elizabeth street at the Visualite theater (next to Presbyterian hospital) and it's great, I've gone a few times, lots of young couples there, very nice, modern, new outlook. Plus there's always the movies at the Southpark and Northlake malls! Hope some of this helps!
