R&B music videos?
Do you think Black people would turn their noses if the videos were more artistic and less materialistic? Videos are very different when comparing pop/rock and R&B videos...A lot of Black people turn their noses to "artsy" things like ballet and classical music, and emotions altogether.
How do you think that affects us as different cultures and why if Black people want to be equal to Whites, none of them have made pop/rock videos?

On the contrary, "black" videos are bridging the gap more and more nowadays.
It's the rock videos that tend to stay the same.
