workin' at a radio station in richmond, va in '96....had just done a break with a phone bit....walked to the back of the control and said in a loud voice 'I CAN'T BELEIVE I'M PLAYIN" THIS F**KIN" SONG AGAIN!!!!'....and then realized i had left the mic on AND turned up!...
sooo...after turnin' the mic off and callin' my program director to tell on myself...i continued to do the rest of my airahift in a VERY subdued manner...
and just for the record... we reported the incident to the FCC )includin' a tape of the moment; and got away with a slap on the wrist since it wasn't done intentioanlly or just for the shock value...plus, the distance from the mic and he fact that a song was playin' made it a little difficult to tell exactly what i said...
