Lose 20 pounds by august 27th????

i have an exercise bike and i ride for an hour without stoppin and it says ive rode 16.19 miles

burned 808 calories/252 fat calories
rode for 64:04 minutes

is there anyway to lose 20 pounds by august 27th because thats when school starts again....
im 270lb 14 male...

is it possible....and will you notice the difference like fit smaller clothes or will someone else be able to notice that youve lost weight?...

help i need tips!!!!

OK I started a diet and I've been reading a book about dieting. The first thing you need to do is start eating healthy and you have to eat 5 or 6 meals a day. Start with breakfast, then a heavy snack, lunch, a light snack, dinner, and possibly dessert. Remember to watch your portions. Eat more of the fruits and veggies and remember that you don't NEED to second helpings. Also start eating slower. The slower you eat the better. Instead of riding the bike everyday walk too. It is a great way to lose weight. Because you are heavier you will lose weight faster. Eating 5-6 meals a day speeds up your metabolism. Good luck. I lost 10 pounds in 9 days doing just what I told you to do.
