I agree, it definitely rocks, but I don't think there is a link. I remember reading an interview with Andrew where he stated that some random person sent it in to them and said they could use it. If that is the case, then they probably can't legally provide a place to download it, since it isn't theirs to distribute - just use for the podcast.
